Our Mission
Every church needs to have a mission statement that answers the question - why do we exist. Our purpose statement is balanced between three biblical mandates for our local church. At FWCC we exist to glorify God with worship, love and faith.
Worship for God
At FWCC, we believe true worship expresses love to God. When we worship God, we express our love to Him through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We call this person a brother or sister in Christ. “True worshippers worship the Father in Spirit and in truth” (Jn 4:23) At FWCC, we believe that as a Christian family, we worship God with our lives.
Love for Others
At FWCC, we love people and believe they should be valued and loved by a church family who really cares about them. Everyone can come and hear the gospel proclaimed with power and an opportunity to receive Jesus in every service. We encourage our church family to regularly invite their friends, family, neighbors and co-workers to attend. “Love never fails” (1 Cor. 13:8) FWCC is committed to actively loving others.
Faith for Life
At FWCC, we exist to help our church family members grow in their spiritual maturity and become more developed. Because the Christian life is one of constant growth and development, we focus on providing biblical principles that can be applied to everyday life; spiritually, physically, emotionally, socially, and financially. "This is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith." (1 John 5:4) FWCC is committed to preaching a strong message of faith for life!
